We offer 24 hour access via electronic gate and have 24 hour video surveillance.
We offer outdoor parking which makes us an affordable option as well as being able to accommodate any size of vehicle or boat.
Our facility is well-lit and well-maintained. We are on site 5 days a week (at least, sometimes more) and have crews ready to attend to any maintenance issue that may arise. We are also located just across from the new Semmes Fire Station if there is ever an emergency.
We offer incredible Customer Service and are available 7 days a week for any questions or problems you may have. We offer easy registration and Autopay to make storing your boat or RV stress-free.
